TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking

Your booking day and time will only be secured once payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Bookings can be made via our booking platform or by speaking with our customer care agents.
  • Payment Policy: DECKER’S DREAM operates a cashless system. Payments are accepted only via bank transfer or debit card payments made on the booking page. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Booking Status: Your booking is on hold and subject to cancellation if payment is not received within 2 hours.
  • 2. Session Timing

    • Your session starts at the exact time booked and ends at the scheduled time.
    • Arriving early is welcome—up to 15 minutes prior—to allow setup or outfit changes.
    • All activities, including setup and teardown, must be completed within your booking window. Exceeding your session time will incur additional charges.

    3.Guest Policy

  • Guest Capacity & Space Usage
    • Our facilities are designed to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably per allotted booking space.
    • If you expect more than 5 guests, please consult with our customer care team in advance.
    • Using any unbooked space will require payment for that space according to our studio rates.
  • 4. Food & BEVERAGES

  • Food & Beverages
    • Food or drinks are not allowed in the studio spaces to preserve our facilities and furnishings.
    • Catering can be arranged through approved partners. Please speak with our customer care agents for available options.
  • 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Bookings, once paid for, are non-refundable.
    • Clients may reschedule within 30 days of their original booking date, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
    • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a ₦20,000 rescheduling fee.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session to qualify for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
    • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Any additional changes will require a new booking.
  • 6.Standard & Premium Hours

  • Operating Hours
    • Regular Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
    • Premium Hours: Overnight sessions are available at an additional cost.
  • 7. Caution Fee

  • Caution Deposit
    • A refundable 30% caution deposit is required for all bookings.
    • For evening and overnight shoots, the caution deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the session ends, provided no damage occurs and no items are missing.

  • Liability for Damages
    • Clients are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the studio or its property during their session.
    • Costs for damages will be deducted from the caution deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, clients will be invoiced for the remaining amount.
  • 8. Damages

  • Studio Conduct
    • DECKER'S DREAM is a creative, professional environment. Clients are expected to respect other clients and the curated studio experience.
    • Any concerns regarding timing, equipment, or other services should be communicated promptly to our customer care agents or the property manager.
  • By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in your session being ended early without eligibility for a refund.
